Only a few minutes from Beaune and its famous vineyards, we welcome you all year round in this former farmhouse, fully renovated. The cottage is located in a peacefull woody garden of 2000 m2, fitted with a private and heated pool (in summer), with a spacious covered patio.

Outdoors and leisure
Enjoy the calm of this private and unoverlooked space, to recharge your batteries! The covered swimming pool is heated (depending on the season) and the wooded garden makes it an ideal place for games or relaxation. Numerous water games, a ping-pong table, a table football, a swing, as well as a volleyball court are at your disposal. The large plancha and the family garden furniture will delight your summer evenings.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The house is made up of 7 double bedrooms (including a master suite), all inspired by a soft and warm decoration for some very quiet nights. The accommodation is composed of 3 shower rooms and 3 toilets. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 people with reduced mobility.
Living spaces
The large living room, the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen make them ideal places for sharing beautiful moments together! Games and books for the little ones are provided, as well as a mini pool table.
Surroundings
Located in the countryside, you can enjoy walks or bike rides in the neighborhood. 15 minutes by car from the cottage, you will find the famous Hospices de Beaune, one of the most visited sites in France, as well as our beautiful wine coast! We will provide you with good addresses where to taste wines, or dine at the restaurant in a friendly atmosphere…

Access & information
Located less than 3 hours from Paris, 1h30 from Lyon and 15 minutes from Beaune, by A6 motorway, exit 24.1, we welcome you all year round for a stay with family or friends. We meet you to show you around the house and garden and we remain at your disposal if necessary during your stay.
You will find bakeries and restaurants within a radius of 15 km. You can also call a caterer’s services to be delivered to the gite.
The courtyard and the swimming pool are secured. Baby equipment is available with no extra charge and on request.
Animals are not allowed during your stay.
The cottage is a non-smoking area and loud parties are not permitted.
End of stay cleaning is included.

Super Sejour en famille et entre amis dans un petit coin de paradis. Tout est bien pensé dans le moindre detail. Isabelle et Jean Noel nous ont tout de suite mis à l’aise. A faire et a refaire sans hesitation. Le seul regret c est de ne pas y etre resté plus longtemps !

Tout a été parfait. Gentillesse et disponibilité des hôtes, cadre, décoration,confort des chambres et salles de bains, électroménager au top. Ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle en quantité. Sans parler de la piscine pourvue de quantité de bouées et très bien entretenue par Jean Noël, du Ping pong et du baby-foot. À recommander !
The house was perfect! It is very spacious with a great pool. In the kitchen all the equipment that you can need is present. The terras is very nice with a lot of shadow. Isabelle and Jean Noël were the perfect hosts. We really enjoyed our stay !
We (a group of 7 friends) had a fantastic time at Cote Jardin. What we loved: * The stylish, minimalist decor, which had a luxury feel. * Amazing kitchen equipment. * The heated pool, which Jean Noel cleaned out everyday. * The hosts generosity with their time and amenities. * The location with no light pollution, smell of pine trees and peacefulness * Ideal for children with swing and slides, pool side toys, inflatables for the pool, games and baby equipment. * Also ideal for those with wheel chair access * Beautiful local walks ideal for nature lovers and to investigate the Burgogne region for wine.
